Thick Gym Floor matsThe mats are good quality thick rubber mats good for deadlifts and slam balls to absorb the heavier gym sessions, would love to get the whole floor done but will have to do that slowly as anything of good quality is expensive.

Good, dense rubber mattingAlthough not the cheapest rubber matting online, these are on par with the best I've found. I'd love to know the impact raiting but the rubber density is the same as ones I've had that surpass 300kg loads and if you're lifting that sort of weight, you'll probably want more specialist matter or platforms. Very pleased with the purchase and if I'd buy again if I wear them out (which isn't going to happen any time soon).

Home gym8 of these and it's basically a lifting platform for an amazing price- great quality would recommend putting the foam ones underneath to cushion the floor if dropping from a height- not a scratch underneath after a month of use
