- Protects underlying flooring from damage and reduces vibrations

- Not suitable for dropping weights from height

- Each mat includes two removable edge strips for a perfect straight, clean finish
- Easily add additional mats when required

This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
