- Each mat measures 100cm x 50cm
- Dual layer mat design featuring an impact absorbing 17mm SBR base bonded to a hard wearing 3mm top sheet
- Black with a choice of EDPM colour fleck in grey or orange
- Optional all black ramp edges and corners also available. Each edge strip is 50cm long.
- Compatible with sunken fixing connectors to prevent movement (included free of charge)
- Suitable for home gyms, commercial gyms and fitness studios
- 20mm tile thickness is ideal for a wide range of uses including free weight areas, studios, functional training, cardio and resistance machine areas
- Not suitable for high impact drops. If dropping weights from above waist height, then 40mm tiles must be used

Great quality matsI got these to cover the floor of my garage in preparation for a new home gym. They are reassuringly heavy, and you need a decent Stanley knife to cut them to size. I laid them out in the brick style as recommended. All I would say is…don’t get hung up with the plastic fixings for every tile. Unless you’ve paid for, worked on, or been fortunate enough to have a completely smooth and flat floor in your garage, it will be all but impossible to fit the plastics fittings on all (or most) of the tiles. This doesn’t matter. If you’ve laid them out well, wall to wall, they will hold themselves in place. Of course do so at your own risk. Overall these mats are great and if I need to replace any I’ll come straight to Mirafit

Best value I could findI did quite a lot of research before buying these 20mm premium mats from Mirafit. These were significantly cheaper than any other supplier. The quality is good too. Mats arrived well packed, no noticeable smell with loads of connector clips included. Nice smooth EDPM top. Some variation in mat sizes but with a little work I managed to get them all nicely laid and connected together with no gaps. No problem cutting where needed with a sharp stanley knife. I would have preferred it if there was a plain black option and they are a little "spongier" underfoot than I would ideally like but overall I am very happy with these for the price.

Great mats but opportunity for improvementThese are good quality mats and definitely do what they set out to achieve. My only negative comments are aesthetic. When joined up they’re not as seamless as the pictures make out and you can see the dipped sections between each mat. Functionally this is fine and the dips aren’t large enough to impact rolling gym equipment around. Also, the fleck isn’t as bright as the picture make out. It’s much duller in person. And finally, the ramped pieces are slightly taller than the mats they connect to; a few millimetres. But as I said, functionally they are perfect. Also to add to the comments on cutting. You can get through these with a sharp knife. I first scored them then took them outside to get through completely. I had to use a sawing motion but wasn’t too hard. Expect lots of crumbly rubber on the floor though.

Excellent quality, hard to cut to sizeReally pleased with these mats - I've tried out a few different types trying to get my home gym right and these definitely are the best. They're solid, excellent quality and look really good. I laid them on a wooden floor and they don't slip and provide excellent protection for the floor and good grip to workout on - whether bodyweight or barbell exercises. They are however, difficult to cut to size without a power jigsaw - testament to their quality, but worth noting. Not all the mats were of exactly the same size - a few millimeters longer on some which made laying them without gaps and getting the connectors in impossible. I am however, overall extremely happy with this purchase and I feel they are a great price and quality for my home gym.

These mats can be cut with a sharp Stanley knife. They are a tough, durable mat but they do not require a power tool to cut so long as you have a sharp Stanley knife. The mats have a close tolerance in terms of size so should not vary noticably. However, we would recommend that the mats be laid out for 24-48 hours before installation so that they can acclimatise to the room they are being installed in.
