Jaz Naylor
Bio
I'm Jaz, I'm a sport fanatic and love strength & conditioning, if I'm not in the gym or on the rugby pitch, you'll likely find me in a cosy coffee shop, accompanied by my cavapoo, Ellie.
With a background that spans various sports, including rugby, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting, I've coupled my experience with sports science to develop a holistic approach. I don't just focus on the sport's skill itself, but on strengthening the body, proper nutrition for optimal performance, and lifestyle adjustments that promote effective recovery.
Today, I'm proud to extend this holistic approach to my coaching. I concentrate on workouts in the gym; and also address other lifestyle factors that can influence the desired outcomes.
What Do I Do?
As an online performance coach, my journey began as a 1-1 personal trainer, coaching individuals from a variety of backgrounds and abilities. Over the past couple of years, I've honed my focus to empower women in sports and fitness, helping them realise their full potential.
