Bio
From a young age, the gym was a space where I could de-stress, build my own self-confidence and find my spark. Although starting as a “cardio bunny” (running 5kms on the treadmill), I quickly found my love for resistance training, and developed my strength and physique overtime.
Whilst studying Sport and Exercise Science at University, I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer in order to fulfill my passion of helping people achieve happiness, feel fitter, stronger, and more confident through resistance training.
What Do I Do?
My particular interest is in female strength training and empowerment. My vision is to create a tribe of strong women, who are not only strong physically, but strong in the mind and soul too (inside and outside of the gym!). I am currently training for my second Hyrox race, a half marathon and a double bodyweight back squat!
If I’m not in the gym or behind my laptop, I’ll be going to events or traveling somewhere new!
