Bio

With a background in personal training and teaching, I have always been passionate about how effective communication can help people achieve their health-related fitness goals. Throughout my time spent studying in higher education, my focus has always been to discover ways to help convey complex information in a simpler, more understandable way. By doing so, more people can acquire new knowledge and apply it within their lifestyle to help maximise the benefits of exercise.

With the demand for home gyms increasing rapidly, my main aspirations for my blogs are to offer its readers a comprehensive source of reliable information which helps you progress sooner, and if done so correctly, using less time and energy.
