Can't fault.I'm 6ft 1 and great length for pilates and stretching. It isn't in the description but thankfully mine came with a drawstring handle to keep it rolled up, which is handy.

Great matHad one of these for a couple of years and it’s stood up to regular use. Easy to clean and the tpe gives great comfort for exercises. I was so happy with it I purchased an entire set for my studio
