excellent addition to training routineHaving purchased the 6kilo, have now purchased the 8kilo also. really excellent bit of kit. Can do endless amounts of different exercises and build a good level of strength. Can really recommend. Can take out to the local park also to train outdoors with it. Building up to order the 10kilo next
