- Strong base mount provides a solid stable workout and rebound
- Free standing base means no drilling into the ceiling required
- Approx. 80kg when the stand is full and 20.5kg when empty
- Base can be filled with cold water or sand. Sand provides a more stable base. If filling with water leave 5cm below fill cap
- Optional floor suction cups also available here

Brilliant!Love taking all my frustration out on this punch bag! Opted to fill with 4 large bags of dry kiln sand which wasn't too difficult to do with a funnel. The bag/base still moves around on a wood floor with a more rigourous workout so I'll put some carpet underneath and see if that stops it but other than that, all good.
