- Plyometric jump boxes are fantastic for building strength and explosive power
- Perform box jumps or use as an accessory for a wide range of other exercises
- Strong 18mm plywood construction with internal reinforcement structure
- Padded EVA foam covering around the wooden box improves impact absorption, for a softer landing
- Anti-slip cover with strong YKK zipper

- Important: plyo boxes should not be used on smooth surfaces unless they are positioned against a wall where they cannot slide

Great plyo box.I have been using Mirafit products in my fitness studio for a number of years because they are always well made. This box is no exception, it is a great combination of the weight and stability of a wooden box but with the extra give and protection of the foam. My clients love it!
