Great design and price but disappointing qualityI loved this box when I first got it. I liked the design and it felt good quality for the price. Unfortunately the zip broke on the box after only 6 months so now the cover is hanging off. I contacted customer services but didn’t offer any solution whatsoever which was really disappointing.
