- Compatible with the Mirafit M4 power rack and rigs
- Bolts to the upright and includes an eyelet for a carabiner to attach (carabiner not included)
- Eyelet has built in bearings for smooth rotation
- Rack or rig must always be bolted down if this hanger is installed
- Please note the Mirafit hanging punch bag shown in the images is only suitable for use with the 255cm rack due to the height of the bag. You will also require this carabiner for installation
- Fixings included allow this hanger to share holes with other components on the reverse side of the upright

Solid accessoryAdded this to my M4 half cage and am not disappointed, really heavy duty. I have it mounted to the front and I thought it might get in the way for over head press for example but it does not. (I am 5’11) It is set high enough, worth whole investment. Quick deliver as always , Mirafit is becoming my go to for kit.
