Peg boards are wall mounted, wooden boards which are filled with holes around 4cm deep. They are used with special handles which slot into the holes. You then use the handles to climb around the board. There are lots of different exercises you can do using a peg board including pull ups, shoulder shrugs and hangs. You can also use them to practise rock climbing moves such as single arm hangs. In addition, you might want to use your climbing peg board to practise your lock offs as well as improve your grip and forearm strength – which is essential for weightlifting. Within the range, we also have different handles which can be used with the peg boards. There are Peg Board Dowel Handles for a neutral grip. Or you can also get Ball Handles which are more challenging and great for building strength in your wrists and forearms.
