Best £13 I’ve ever spentExcellent bar clamps, I don’t know why I put up with the crap spring ones for so long. Easy to use, don’t slip at all. They even work on heavy dumbbell hammer curls (I.e. plates supported by the clamp) with no issues. They’re good enough for the Stoltman brothers and definitely good enough for me.
