Essential!I have the m3 7ft 20kg barbell which is the best bar I've ever used However the glossy painted ends make a very smooth surface which means plates can slide. These collars keep everything in place perfectly!

Love these collarsMy favourite collars - go on the bar smoothly, lock nice and tight, but I never feel I'm going to lose my fingers in them as with some other collars. Would highly recommend these, and will definitely buy again

Good productWell made, sturdy and lock the plates in position. I find these work really well in the limited space I have making plate changes easier and quicker.
