- Iron blocks have a painted finish to prevent rust
- Vest material is a strong 1000D polyester with a secure adjustable hook and loop strap

FantasticQuality is great, and the weight is brutal. i use it for pull-ups, press ups, plank, dips, squats, lunges, everything. the only thing i dont use it for is what i bought it for walking, because by the time i have done an hour in the gym wearing it I am 100% cooked.

Good valueVery well made weighted vest at a very reasonable price. I use mine mainly for running and strict pull-ups, press-ups etc… only minor gripe is the Velcro fastening belt can be a bit fiddly to put on. Other than that it’s a great product.

Impressive kit, less impressed with the chosen courierPurchased a weighted vest for my son's birthday. He is very happy with it so I've given the product 5 stars. However, we were both less impressed with the chosen courier (DHL) who did not manage to deliver it to his home until the 3rd or 4th attempt. The messages were that they were unable to deliver to the address. This seemed to be because of the weight of the parcel and the delivery involving access to the block of flats. The address was clear and concise. In the event, my son had to talk the driver through the process so that he could receive the parcel... belatedly and way passed his birthday. This does not in any way detract from the quality of the vest, however.
