- Builds endurance and strengthens muscles
- Includes individual 1kg cast iron blocks which can be added and removed to the vest, allowing you to set the perfect weight for your exercises up to the maximum stated
- Iron blocks have a painted finish to prevent rust
- Vest material is a strong 1000D polyester with a secure adjustable hook and loop strap

Excellent ProductGreat value for money. Bought the 20kg vest and used several times since purchase. No issues at all. Comfortable (baring in mind there’s 20kg a strapped to it). No stitching tears or anything like that. Really good vest. Highly recommend.

Compact and Easily AdjustableI have the 20kg version of this vest, and it's perfectly compact so that the length doesn't interfere with any movement. Very easy to put on since the strap is fully separate from the vest (attaches with velcro). Excellent purchase

ExcellentReceived my 30kg vest today and couldn’t be any more pleased with it. Feels really sturdy so far and so easy to add what weight you want. I’ve seen in others reviews that they said the straps are a nightmare, I honestly don’t know what they found hard about them?!?!

Better than TunturiMy Tunturi vest never really fitted correctly and fell apart in less than a year. The Mirafit version is far sturdier and better with the 1kg bars. It's just a b*gger to put on!
