Uncomfortable/cumbersomeI found this item uncomfortable and cumbersome. The Velcro is obviously good quality but takes some strength and time to keep pulling them off for each individual weight bar. Difficult to put on. I don’t like it. Perhaps an instruction video would have been useful?

Shoulder painI wore this vest for about 15 minutes with 20kg in. There is zero padding over the shoulders. Ended up with crippling neck pain, a headache and a numb left arm for about an hour. The fastening strap is impossible to get on without help. However, the rest of the quality of the vest is good. If Mirafit addressed the design issues it would be a great vest.

Crap strapsI don't understand all the raving reviews...I've had the vest for over a month now and I think the design is not thought out. While adjustable weights are good the velcro straps are the worst. They don't hold the vest in place comfortably, it's slides about and comes loose in training. Forcing you interrupt sessions to re-adjust it. Overall I would buy another vest if I had the choice and I really don't understand who thought lightweight velcro would be enough for a comfortable weights vest.
