- Classic black one-size-fits-all unisex design
- Builds endurance and strengthens muscles
- Includes individual 1kg cast iron blocks which can be added and removed to the vest, allowing you to set the perfect weight for your exercises up to the maximum stated
- Iron blocks have a painted finish to prevent rust
- Vest material is a strong 1000D polyester with a secure adjustable hook and loop strap
- Strap size is approx 170cm x 5cm

Great Vest 30KGReally pleased with this. It has been quite a big part of a change in my lifestyle and habits. Easy to use, nice to have 30 pockets for 1kg each so I can set the weight as I need. Very sturdy and doesn't rub or feel uncomfortable.

Great vestThe vest is great. My husband and I share it and it fits us both comfortably. Would recommend. There was so confusion with the delivery (from my local courier) and the staff were so helpful and resolving it for me.
