- 18cm internal sleeve length
- When fitting to a door you must ensure you check the door is solid and strong enough to withstand the use prior to installation

Great productBought this to fit on an existing squat rack I have, measured up prior to purchasing and when it arrived it fit perfectly the weight of the squat rack makes it secure so no need to drill holes or weigh down with weights. Really pleased with it.
