- 18cm internal sleeve length
- When fitting to a door you must ensure you check the door is solid and strong enough to withstand the use prior to installation

Great additionPurchased the attachment to use it with the mirafit squat rack. Fits on perfect, rally sturdy, has both 1" and 2" options for bars. Worth buying as with additional attachments you can have a good back workout from this attachment.

Does what it says on the tinKnocked a star off for slightly confusing build instructions, but this has been a great addition to the home gym. Materials are of a good quality and prompt delivery

Land mineGot it to go with the rest of the gear I bought of mirafit and is a great addition to my set up overall I'm happy with it if there was one fault is the nut that holds the screw for tightening fell off but can work around it, happy I got it

Does the job but quality isnt perfectThe landmine attachment is great and exactly what I wanted. However, the paint work had some chips directly from opening the box which I wasn't impressed with
