Great stuffReally happy about this. It was either a metal step, or these. I use this mostly for elderly clients to step up on. It can be a tiny bit wobbly, but I think that's actually a huge bonus to real-life movement. I'd feel confident in buying these again. Although I'm giving 4 starts as I feel the logo is just too big. The equipment you have speaks volumes through the quality of the item, I don't think a massive MIRAFIT logo (and I have alot of mirafit kit now) gives an inviting / aesthetic touch to the studio.

Great stepGreat, stable and not too heavy! The only thing is the black lining on top comes off in the corners so needed to glue it together.

Sturdy and useful productThe torturous step up to reverse lunge is possible on this step. Just take a deep breath first! Sturdy: for the most part, this stays still. Some lateral movement, especially if it's 5-high. Useful: - step-ups (as stated). - Hip thrusts - possibly the wider version would be better. - Decline push ups; not incline. - "GHD" situps, poor-man style! In conjunction with (MiraFit's) door anchor, and a towel for your shins. Weighted, full-range situps. Step @ level 2 for me (ymmv). £800 saved! - stupidly, I got rid of my FID bench. Popping this under my flat bench allows incline dumbbell pressing - albeit not overly safely. ????

GoodI like that you can adjust it to different levels and it has good grip on the base. However when I jumped on just the top platform without any added levels it did slide a bit on a wooden floor. Also there's cosmetic damage, the rubber on top looks like a tiny bit is missing from the corner, though this doesn't bother me. Still very happy with it.

okthese steps are ok, they wobble a lot, would be better if they fitted and clipped together
