Very good & sturdyThis is my 8th time shopping at mirafit, I was abit skeptical at first buying this product as there was no reviews but when I got it, I was so pleased with the machine as there is consistent tension on my upper and middle abs. Very happy and only took me 1 hour 15 minutes to set it up and instructions are clear
