- The foot caps are designed to be a snug fit. To install please insert one edge then use a flat blade screwdriver or similar to lever the other edge into place

Bang onGotta say im not disappointed. Delivery was fast and assembly was easy. Bench is solid with every position I seem to need from a slight decline to bolt upright. The rack is very easy to adjust, goes from bench press to squat rack in about 5 seconds. Also spotter arms are great for resting the bar when doin shrugs. The spotter arms would be nice if they had a strip of rubber across the top edge but other than that im very happy. Top it off it looks pretty smart being black with the odd bits of orange.

Amazing!Brilliant rack + bench. Boxes were slightly damaged (due to weight and straps by the look of it), but the kit was pristine, no scratches or dents and zero rust (my biggest concern). From reading history reviews it looks like they have taken feedback and improved the product! The only improvement I would add to rack are numbered markers for the rack holes (I've used tape to mark / remember my preferred heights) and rubber padding on the safety arms (still have yet to put some protective covering over these). If you have the space for a home gym but not enough for a full power rack, I highly recommend this!

Awesome bench and squat rackVery fast delivery, easy enough to build. Feels sturdy when bench pressing and high quality feel to it. Not like those home catalogue benches out there. Very happy with it.

PerfectSolid rack and bench. Easy to put together. So many height options available for the rack and the bench has multiple seat positions. Great value for money and cannot fault the quality.
