The best I've foundThese wrist straps aren't perfect but, having tried many others, I absolutely think they're the best on the market, hence the 5 stars I've rated them. Although they're a bit clunky, once you get the hang of wrapping them really tight around your wrist, they stay in place for some time while carrying out cable lat raises. They do suffer from a little slippage after a few sets, but the thick neoprene which wraps round your wrist several times is very comfortable. They're suitable for any size wrist. I think they're pretty much the best design that can be achieved. I've not used them as ankle straps, but cannot see any reason why they wouldn't be just as good for that as for wrists.
