Must BuyI love this bar. Not only does it make deadlifts easier for me because I have poor hip mobility, I love using this for rows too to compliment barbell rows its a completely different angle and different part of the back that gets targeted. Can't believe I never used this for rows for so many years. Its a heavy duty bar, but I like that - glad I went for this robust piece of equipment over the lighter option.
