- Our dumbbells are supplied with a coating of silicone oil to preserve the rubber during storage and transportation. This should be removed using a damp cloth on arrival

Certainly heavierI like my new dumbbells, they have given me an extra challenge. I’ve moved up from some neoprene handle dumbells and the handles on these are smaller and grippier. To the point I’m now developing some hard patches of skin on my soft hands. But they stack well so I’m pleased.
