- The Fine City Bar is designed to offer superb all round performance across a mixture of use including weightlifting, powerlifting and general gym training
- The bar features a premium specification including laser detailing and the latest hybrid needle bearing setup for a smooth, consistent rotation
- Medium whip designed for strong performance across a wide range of gym lifts
- The 28.5mm grip diameter sits directly between the 28mm grip found on Olympic weightlifting bars and the 29mm found on power bars. This provides excellent comfort across a wide range of exercises
- 8 pce precision needle bearing setup featuring a combination of needle bearings and uprated inner-race bearings for superior performance and ultra smooth rotation
- Stainless steel outer sleeve bushings for optimal durability
- Hybrid grip pattern with dual powerlifting & weightlifting knurl marks
- Medium volcano knurling hits the sweet spot between comfort and grip
- Barbell shaft is available in hard chrome or Cerekote finish
- Barbell sleeves are available in hard chrome or matte black
- Premium metal end caps with Fine City design, inspired by our Norwich origins
- Laser detailing with weight indicators on the inside of the sleeves
- Suitable for use with Olympic weight plates and bumper plates

- The matte black sleeves on these bars go through a multi-stage process that actually transforms the surface of the steel (rather than simply adding a coating that could chip off)
- They have a matte black finish rather than shiny black and will still show marks but the surface will not chip off like a traditional coating. Maintain using a cloth and 3-in-One oil
- If you require a sleeve that shows less marks then we recommend the hard chrome sleeves instead
