- Our M100 rack provides a great setup for working out safely at home and is suitable for a range of exercises including squats and bench press.
- The M100 is also compatible with a range of attachments (see below) so you can expand your home gym as you progress
- Solid steel full length chrome spotters are supplied with the rack allowing you to workout safely in case you fail a rep
- Includes J-Cups with UHMW liners
- Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame
- Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange
- Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Fully adjustable - 17 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
- Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- The chrome 7ft barbell which is included is suitable for up to 300kg and comes complete with spring collars
- Our rubber bumper plates are a home gym favourite and feature stainless steel centre rings. Choose from either a 60kg or 100kg set.
- 60kg set includes 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg plates
- 100kg set also includes 2 x 20kg plates
- 150kg set also includes 2 x 25kg plates
- Remember to also check out our weight benches. Adding a bench will also allow you to bench press and perform various other additional exercises inside the rack.

- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
- The bar and plates will arrive with a light coating of lubricant which preserves them during storage. Please wipe this off before use or placing on any soft furnishings.

ExcellentBought as building home gym, this has exceeded my expectations. Go for the extras such a weight poles as it keeps it tidy and landmine attachment. I also got the pull down system that attaches to the back, was a bit dubious when I initially set it up, but after use I cannot fault it (make sure you have some standard weight plates for it though), the over all pack is really versatile. Go for the 100kg as you will probably expand your planned exercises (as I have), and it will be cheaper than adding later.

Brilliant bit of kitSolid kit, machined well fit together no problem. I have not bolted mine to the floor but even so very little movement when loaded with 80kg (this is what I have so can not comment on any heavier) would reccomend to people looking for a great home guy set up. The only minor issue is that for standing military press. I do hit the top of the cage. I am 5'8 so anyone taller would struggle. However, easy fix standing outside the cage and putting the jay bars on the outside. Simple and problem fixed.

Great kit but couple of teething issuesThe kit itself is top drawer. Good price and exactly what I want for the home gym. Couple of minor issues. The delivery was all over the place and the barbell took almost two weeks to arrive. Also I can't get one of the screws to mate in the top bar. But would still recommend

Overall decent and good value for moneyOrdered Wednesday evening and it arrived first thing Monday morning. Fairly straightforward to assemble and seems sturdy. One of the drilled holes was slightly out of tolerance so I had to hammer the screw in which wasn't great, but no problems other than that. When I weighed the barbell it was 17.5kg which was a little disappointing as this is not mentioned in the description. Good value for money though for what you get
