- Bronze bushings with uprated bearings for a smooth, reliable spin
- Longer 22cm sleeves allow more weight to be loaded
- Thicker 28mm knurled grip matches the diameter of our M3 barbells
- M3 branded Mirafit end caps
- Suitable for use with all 2" Olympic weight plates
- Recommended for use with mirafit quick release Olympic collars and springs

Nice bit of kitI was missing an EZ curl bar from my home gym setup, and this meets my needs. Strong and sturdy feeling, I am confident putting plates on it. The only negative is perhaps the handle is 1 or 2 mm too thick, but I do prefer a thinner bar. Overall I would recommend
