- Strong 60mm x 60mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel construction with heavy duty reinforcement plates
- J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
- 17mm hole size on uprights
- Fully adjustable height with 2 inch spacing and 1 inch through the bench zone
- Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
- Choice of black or orange powder coated finish
- Note: this product is not suitable for use with spotters or dip bars

- This product is delivered in 3 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
- Assembly instructions are included
- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included (assembly requires M12 and M16 spanners)
- IMPORTANT: Assemble the stands on the surface you plan to use them and evenly tighten fixings to prevent any rocking. If the stand rocks, loosen the fixings, level the stand then re-tighten.
This product is suitable for use in home, light commercial or full commercial gyms.

Top qualityHave these squat stands for about a month now. They are the best quality stands I have come across in 15 years of training at home and in gyms. They are made from strong/ heavy steel, very well designed, stable and perfect for home gym. Great for storage and easy to move. Building was easy enough but instructions not great. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Quality productI've upgraded my Squat stands from the telescopic ones Mirafit did about 3 years ago. They are very sturdy and took around 45 mins to build. The finish on them is amazing and the price currently is too good to miss. Great if you don't have a lot of space, would definitely recommend

Holes do not line up and cannot be assembledOne of the parts have holes that are misaligned with another part, therefore these squat stands cannot be assembled. MiraFit should improve their quality checks to make sure that customers do not receive unusable items.

Please ensure all fixings are inserted before you start to tighten them. If you insert just 1 fixing and tighten it before inserting the others then this can pull the frame out of allignment with the other holes. Please get in touch.
