- Ideal for taking your strongman training to the next level
- Multi-function design allows the yoke to be used for standard carry exercises as well as Zercher squats, drag exercises and more
- Add J-cups (sold separately) to create a stand that’s also suitable for barbell exercises including bench press and squat making this yoke a highly versatile alternative to a traditional rack
- Fully adjustable height with 2" spacing (1" through bench area)
- 17mm hole size compatible with various products from the M3 attachment range
- Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
- Strong 60mm x 60mm x 3mm steel uprights with reinforced skid feet and brace plates
- Thick 70mm diameter cross bar for comfort when carrying
- Add some protection around the cross bar and the yoke also provides a handy adjustable height bar for lifting weighted bags or Atlas Stones over – practice reps or go last man standing with a partner!
- 4 sturdy pins with grab handles secure the cross bar in place - easily remove to adjust height then lock in place with supplied safety clips
- Includes 4 x 40cm removable weight sleeves
- Choice of Black or Orange powder coated finish

Great as squat rack that you can store away easilyBought this after having a mirafit cage but not having space in my new house. Brilliant bit of kit, I use it mostly as a rack for squats and bench, bought the jcups separately and waiting for the spotters to come in stock. The shorter version is slightly too small to squat out of if you have all 4 pins in but I just move it up further (shown in the picture)and have 2 pins in instead and works fine, just a bit wobbly but not a fault with a rack.. just me intentionally not using it right to get my use out of it. I’m able to take it down fairly easy to store in a shed. Can be a bit tricky to get the uprights lined up properly to put the crossmember on every time but no big deal and if you are keeping it up then no reason to do that anyway. Loads of options for accessories, would highly recommend! Looking forward to using it as a yoke at some point Obviously the service is incredible as always from mirafit, ordered Friday, arrived Monday

Pure epicnessThe yoke is built for longevity, its sturdy and so good on the pick up! I've had 300kg on this for a quick test and it felt great

Superb really great bit of kitI've always considered a yoke a bit of a luxury but this is an amazing piece of kit. I didn't really want a full rack because of the space in my gym but this is superb. Really solid rack for squatting/lifting off with the addition of the j-cups, but when your done you can take them off and push or carry this around. I can't recommend this enough.. and I have no regrets over not buying a full power rack, for a home gym this has given me so many more ways to train and different activities to add to workouts. Only slight drawback would be that you can only use a 7 foot bar with this so my log and my stubby axel are too small but that's a minor thing, I can clear them from the floor.

Awesome productWas stuck between the M3 cage and the M3 Yoke. I simply did a coin a toss to decide and purchased the Yoke. I’m VERY happy with my decision. From order on a Sunday and delivery on the Wednesday. Amazing customer service. All fit together really easily and is very solid. Will move it to the garage over the weekend. For now it’s taken over my daughters play area.
