- Supplied in pairs or as a set:
- 2 x 0.25kg plates (green)
- 2 x 0.5kg plates (yellow)
- 2 x 1kg plates (red)
- Open sided design allows these plates to quickly attach to a range of bars, kettlebells and dumbbells
- New Mirafit flexi-hole design allows plates to flex apart more easily for quick fitment, without compromising on plate thickness
- 34mm centre hole suits handle diameters from 25mm to 34mm
- Suitable for most dumbbell, kettlebell, barbell and fixed barbell handles
- Not suitable for Olympic 2" bar sleeves (the plates can install over the centre of the bar but should not be stretched onto the sleeve). Not suitable for axle bars or other handles with a diameter larger than 34mm
- Change plates are ideal for precise loading. Bring micro adjustment to your kettlebell and dumbbell workouts and accelerate your incremental gains

Game changerAbsolutely love these. They're incredibly useful for breaking through stubborn plateaus and also help if the gym is busy and the weights you want aren't available. Not had them ages so can't comment on robustness but they seem pretty tough. Also had excellent customer service from the team when the courier left the parcel in a mystery location, they helped me track it down!

Regret not buying it earlierThis is amazing. Now each of my dumbbell is becoming 4 different dumbbells with micro increments. Saving me a ton of money not having to buy 4 dumbbells. Easy to put in and out. It'd be nice to have also 1.5 and 2kg micro plates to bring it to the next level

great addition to my home gymSo far purchased 2nr 0.25kg and 4nr 0.5kg (if your planning to use them on fixed dumbbells remember you'll probably four and not just a pair). Game changer when it comes to increasing the weight quickly and also for making micro increase progressions.

FantasticI have a small home gym and these micro change plates gave proved to be a game changer! I had been looking for a solution that would deliver to Ireland for a long time. I have one set of adjustable dumbbells, and am close to reaching the upper max on some of my exercises, so it’s brilliant to be able to add to the weight easily. Also for things like seated dumbbell shoulder press, it’s great to be able to increase from say 12.5kg to 13.5 kg, rather than an unmanageable jump to 15kg. I also have a cable stack that is getting too light some exercises. I can easily and securely add these plates to the stack to lift more weight. Delighted with my purchase.

ExcellentThis is a fantastic product, and should be in every gym. They enable you to progress incrementally and safely, and have helped me push further than would have been possible with weights available in the gym I attend.
