Great for beginners as well asOut of the box, the parallettes were very easy to assemble. As a beginner, I was able to learn so many new calisthenics exercises (such as the L sit, elbow straddle, bent arm stand etc) in a matter of hours. Thanks to their solid design I have never had problems with the parallettes moving. Whether you are a beginner or are relatively experienced in calisthenics: I would highly recommend this product.
