I needed this years ago!Prompt delivery, well packaged, easy to put together. What an awesome bit of kit. I've never wanted to upgrade to Olympic plates, i have too many old fashioned ones to discard. This trap bar is ideal, an excellent height of the ground, sturdy, easy to grip and allows for lifts as well as walking (carrys) & shrugs. Why didn't i buy this years ago! One of my best buys ever!
