Great bar for Kroc RowsBought this bar to do Kroc Rows in the main, this bar taxes my grip and back strength and I’m very happy with it, you’ll be lucky to find another dumbbell bar at this length and price

Extra long grip trainers dumbellsHeavy dumbell rows with plenty of space on the sleeve. Good grip trainers. Long enough to floor press just lever forward and press. Good for wrist and forearm training.

A bit smoothThe finish is rather smooth and slippery but otherwise the product is reasonable value and seemingly well made. Well packaged

Great Quality but not perfectThe quality of them are great, there's no argument about that. However, when people have said they're a bit too big... They are very long and so impractical to use as regular dumbells. I expected a little bit bigger than normal, however never imagined how much bigger they were going to be. It does state the size in the description so that's on me, but I didn't feel like that is something you would normally need to check. Also, the boards don't come with clips and the bar is very slippy on weights so they are very neccesary for these bars. Again though, great quality and great fat grip Olympic size, just a bit too longer than they need to be
