Budget friendly and quite weighty for standard 1"offers great versatility. I used for chest press, ohp variations, seated behind the head triceps extensions, hammer curls, reverse grip curls, bent over rows, and standing pronated grip delt raises Positives. Cannot go wrong for the price. Offers loads of versatility for grip and exercise selection. Quite weighty too. Decent knurls with plenty of hand room for hammer grip and pronation. Slight Negative. (Just a mention really). Spin locks do loosen a little during curl movements, but it's no problem to retighten between sets. I use the T-bar loaded with a mixture of standard 1" holed iron and vinyl. I load up to 25kg each side.

Tricep barI haven't tried the Tricep Bar out yet as it is a Christmas present but I cannot fault the service and prompt delivery. I have bought other equipment from Mirafit before and, as yet, I have not experienced any problems with their products.

RonsealDoes what it says on the tin! No surprises on delivery: a well made, comfortable-to-use bit of kit. Chequering on the grips is nice, not too sharp as with some cheaper designs.

Great for home gyms.Exactly what I was looking for to firm up my arms for the summer. Lots of videos online of good workouts. I have it in my cellar gym and add 2.5 plates. It's good for bicep curls too! Arrived quickly.
