Great product! Recomend highly!Needed to find a piece of equipment to help better my grip for grappling and this is great for it! Can use it on a dumbell or kettlebell.

Excellent but could do with a plate pinAll in all, this is an excellent bit of kit. Well made and should last many years. It would have been a solid 5 stars if it included a plate pin. Because I've only got bumper plates, the amount of 'roll' you get before the plate starts to lift is reduced a lot so I have to stand on my bench to take advantage of the full length. Not a biggie but a pin would have solved the issue. Great forearm workout though.

Wrist RollerA heavier bit of kit than expected, even without any weight added !! Of course I will be using it regularly to strengthen my 'spindly' wrists and forearms !! A well made, durable bit of kit at a reasonable price.

SolidNot too clear that this is solid metal and very heavy in comparison to any others available. Very solid, will last a long time.
