Excellent for wrists and forearms.Great to use and is a hard workout. Being 65 I found it's weight a bit of a challenge.

Better than most but grip could be betterVery well built and better than others I tried where the grips cushioning slipped very early.This has no grip cushioning but for me it’s not needed. May run out of grip before your maxed out…I used climbing chalk to stop slipping but believe grip will run out again at some point . maybe it could do with a knurled grip though it’s possible that might be too harsh.
