Excellent additionThe last pull down bar is an excellent addition to the cable machine. It has a great quality feel to it.

Very very poor (product and service)Dont buy this. This is of very cheap quality. The middle part has no ball bearings or grease so actually creates a great deal of friction when pulling. The customer service response was really bad. They didn't care and insisted they didn't mention ball bearings in the description. This is like selling a car without wheels and then saying we didn't actually say the car came with wheels. Won't be buying anything more from them.

The product is good value for the price and we hope future purchasers will leave reviews. The product does not have ball bearings and is not advertised as having ball bearings. A lat bar with ball bearings would be significantly more expensive. You demanded we either send you a better bar or a refund. We explained we could not send an uprated bar but could refund you once the item was returned. You subsequently left this review. We are more than happy for you to return the item for refund, however, we cannot send you another item or issue a refund without the original item being returned.
