Solid barI use this with a home made door mounted cable system that uses heavy duty resistance bands (trust me it works!) and this thing is solid as a rock. Equally as good as the handles I’ve used in commercial gyms. Good spin, heavy enough that you know it’ll last!

Stiff/ grinding bearingReceived as a gift, the bearing seems to be a bit rusty making it very rough when rotating like it’s grinding. Needs to be well lubricated to make it slightly smoother but still feels this way.
