Loving itAnother nice solid, good quality product from Mirafit. They consistently hit that sweet spot for me with reasonable prices and good quality. This machine is a fave of mine, as I often suffer with lower back pain and a slow eccentric phase with a moment of hang at the bottom on this machine really creates the tension release that I need, combined with a light or body-weight load, the concentric builds strength exactly where I need it without risking injury.

QualitéUse one at the gym I frequent regularly. Decided I needed one for the home gym. Love doing back extensions with a bumper plate. This is top quality and really quick to assemble out the box. Plenty of adjustment and sturdy. Really comfortable and ergonomically sound piece of equipment. Highly recommended

Strong, decent productOverall I’m happy with the product. I think if they had a “.5” option I’d give it 4.5 stars out of 5. It’s been a while since I used a Roman chair (pre Covid era) but I always seem to remember (and I could be wrong on this) that the button for adjusting the length of the chair/bench was just a pull out type thingy. This one, you have to unscrew the button and then move it, which I find a little fiddly and the adjusting bar kinda feels really stiff. I just find it a little awkward to change the height that’s all. That said however, I won’t need to adjust it too often as it’s primarily for me and I have it the size I wish. The product itself is sturdy, and it’s about as comfortable as you can expect a piece of gym equipment like this. Assembly was simple too. It does say in the manual that you should assemble with two people but it wasn’t really that tasking. The adjuster spine was probably the hardest part as it seemed very tight when putting it in - I initially thought I had a defected model but it does fit, just give it a gentle jiggle here and there. Overall very happy and having bought barbells and plates from MiraFit before I had a reasonably high expectation of their products and delivery, and was not disappointed.
