- Rotary selector with covenient pull out knob allows easy adjustment and quick changes between exercises
- Use with your legs underneath the leg pad to perform leg extensions or over the leg pad to perform leg curls
- Handles at sides of seat to hold onto for stability during use
- Seven seat depth adjustments at 25mm distances to suit different user sizes
- Three seat angle adjustments

- Counter balance rear weight pole for stability. Please note you must add suitable weight according to weight being lifted

Super premium kitThis is a great piece of kit - perfect for a home gym. Assembly is straightforward, can easily have this up and ready in an hour, and it hits the quads and hams perfectly. Was initially on the fence because of the price, but having used a much cheaper machine I can confidently say this is well worth the price.
