- Mirafit M100 Power Rack Cable System
- Please note this only fits the M100. It does not fit any other models
- Simple bolt on design attaches directly to the pre-drilled holes in the M100 frame to add high and low cable pulley functions
- Includes straight bar and wide lat pull down bar
- Lat pull bar stores out of the way when not in use (as shown in image 1)
- Compatible with various other carabiner attachments
- Allows a range of exercises to be performed including seated rows, push downs and bicep curls
- Includes standard 1" diameter weight poles with spring collars
- Also compatible with Olympic adaptor sleeves (available here)
- Power rack not included - this is purely the cable system kit as highlighted in image 1
- Note: to reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section

A great addition!Easy to install, works great, adds so many more options to the rack, there's really not much to complain about! I've not had to put lubricating oil on any of it at all. It's been a brilliant buy ????

Smooth movementI was expecting this to be a little clunky but it's nice and smooth and well designed with good range of movement. Easy to load large plates in resting position

Well used by all the familyNot difficult to put together. Uses existing weights and you don't need an attachment. Had a bit of difficulty with the delivery but got it eventually. Used by everyone, a great add on to the rack.
