Great addition to the power rackEasy to put together, takes 15minutes. Smooth cable system on lat pull down and low row. Great for the price

Great pulley, some quirks.Bought and received recently. The pulley is great, easy to fit but it gives the impression that it's flimsy in the initial stages of fitting. When I put the slider on the upright, one of the plastic caps kept popping off. I had to shave the plastic catcher slightly in order for it to fit. My biggest gripe with this pulley is the fact that it fits 1 inch weights. It's a squat rack, made for an Olympic barbell. Considering the M100 is Mirafit's best selling/best value rack, you'd think they'd change this. You don't need to buy the 2 inch convertor, the weights don't move, it just seems like a weird choice. Overall, worth the buy.

Needs better build guideReally good kit. Does exactly what it says. 2 improvements I would recommend. It should come with a mini oil to lubricate there pulley and the build instructions need to be clearer. It’s just one picture saying what goes where but doesn’t tell you which bolts to use. The YouTube video helps but again doesn’t tell you which bolts to use

9/10There is only one negative so I'll get that out of the way... It has no adjustment, so it pulls from 2 fixed points - the ground or above your head. If it had an option to anchor to a mid point, it would be perfect. However, it is what it is, and as always, Mirafit does it well. The ability to use barbell plates makes this such a cheap, versatile, and space saving option. You don't need a dedicated area with fixed weights like in a gym. The actual operation is really smooth and sturdy. I sprayed WD-40 onto the wheels and the cable. The build quality is excellent. Assembly is easy enough if you watch the video - the paper version is unfathomable.

DecentCan't fault this for the money, the only minor issue is the carabiners supplied with it are rough and the sharp edges are likely to cut you when changing between attatchments. This means you end up coming back to buy the well made carabiner that they sell Seperately.
