- Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame

- Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Fully adjustable j-cup and spotter positions - 17 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
- Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- Remember: metal spotters can potentially damage barbells. For additional barbell protection from spotters please see our barbell spotter pads.

Brilliant product!Was surprised by the high quality of this for the price when compared to others in the market. Really sturdy and well designed piece of kit. The orange is a nice touch. I ordered the orange barbell weights too and bench to match. Quick delivery. Would definitely recommend for a home gym. Make sure to factor in extra room at the back if you are using barbell discs on the pulley system.

Excellent kitI just got this and was very excited to unpack. I got the 1 inch to 2 inch adapters also as I only have Olympic plates. It was pretty straightforward to put together and did it by myself (45 yo m) In about three hours, I think it definitely took a long time to unpack all the boxing! I would recommend using the YouTube assembly as they are very clear and along with the instructions which are only really useful for telling you what screw number you need to be using. Don’t forget your x2 17 inch spanners! It is very sturdy went up and after a quick run through of all the main exercises I was eager to use it for such as bicep cable curls overhead triceps pull downs, cable raises et cetera as well as pullups all seems to be working as hoped. a couple of things to note was that when put in the slider of the pulley on the main upright the top plug came out and when I put it back in it seemed to be holding tight to the upright so there was no smooth up and down. But adding some lube to the upright and a little weight it started moving smoothly. Also note that if you want to do overhead tricep extensions, you will need to have the pull-up bar at the top height rather than putting the bullet bar upside down as that way the cable is interfered by the bottom of the pull-up bar. All in all it was pretty straightforward to put together, is very solid and you can do a mountain of those Jim exercises at home now! Very excited to use it. Also don’t forget to get your 6 foot International barbell or 7 foot barbell as it is too wide for a standard 6 foot barbell to fit. Another outstanding product from MIRAFIT who were also outstanding in the speed and professionalism of their responses to me when I had an initial issue. Excellent piece of kitThis is an absolutely excellent rack and cable system. A word of warning if you plan to stand it back to the wall. The dimensions do not allow for clearance of the weight plates you put on the cable machine and the rack needs to stand further away from the wall than you might at first think, especially if most of your weights happen to be bumper plates.
