- Feature packed rack with high and low cable system ideal for a wide range of exercises
- Cable system includes straight bar and lat pull bar attachments with carabiners
- Solid steel full length chrome spotters provide safety when working out alone
- J-Cups with UHMW liners
- Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame
- Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange
- Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Fully adjustable j-cup and spotter positions - 17 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
- Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- Remember: metal spotters can potentially damage barbells. For additional barbell protection from spotters please see our barbell spotter pads.

Highly recommend, top quality!Best product for its cost on the market, high quality and easy to setup. Instructions weren’t great, but YouTube the installation and it’s pretty straightforward !

Very good quality equipmentVery good quality rack, I opted for this rather than slightly cheaper racks found on Amazon and the like and I'm glad I did. Fairly easy to put together, took a couple of hours by myself. The paper instructions aren't the best but bolts are labelled up and the youtube video is very helpful to double check all is correct. It feels sturdy despite not being bolted down - I purchased the weight storage poles so the plates add additional anchoring.
