- Cable system includes straight bar and lat pull bar attachments with carabiners
- Solid steel full length chrome spotters provide safety when working out alone
- J-Cups with UHMW liners
- Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame
- Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange
- Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Fully adjustable j-cup and spotter positions - 17 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
- Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- Remember: metal spotters can potentially damage barbells. For additional barbell protection from spotters please see our barbell spotter pads.

Excellent QualityBought this for my daughter in our garage gym. She’s absolutely made up - took the pair of us just over 2 hours to build but we didn’t rush and we’re careful. Instructions were good ! Make an effort to get the sections the right way round and you will be fine. Went together extremely well and all the drilled holes were SPOT on ! Once assembled really sturdy. 2 people can still move and I haven’t needed to bolt it to the garage floor as it’s sitting on some old horse rubber matting and seems fine. We were tight on height so I reversed to pull up bars ... as u can see from the pic still useable ! Thanks mirafit another happy purchase !

Really well made system.The whole thing went together very well although the assembly instructions are very poor. The end result is a very sturdy and stable frame with a very smooth operating cable system. It’s all very well made and looks like it will last.
