- Feature packed rack with high and low cable system ideal for a wide range of exercises
- Cable system includes straight bar and lat pull bar attachments with carabiners
- Solid steel full length chrome spotters provide safety when working out alone
- J-Cups with UHMW liners
- Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame
- Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange
- Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Fully adjustable j-cup and spotter positions - 17 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
- Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- Remember: metal spotters can potentially damage barbells. For additional barbell protection from spotters please see our barbell spotter pads.

Perfect for home gymBrilliant rack with the pulley system. It was easy to build and fairly straightforward. This rack is perfect for a home gym and really well made. Love the powder coating and how sturdy it is. Just a little note that with this rack there are not many options for additional attachments like the M200 or M3. I am super happy!

Good rack with cableIf you are expecting something as sturdy as a gym power rack, you may be disapointed. For a home gym, its perfect. There is a bit of wobble with weights over 100 kg, but absolutely no indication of failure/weakness. The cable system works well. Instructions for assembly are clear. Would reccomend to anyone.
