- 6mm thick steel brace plates on all uprights
- Fully adjustable - 16 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 8cm intervals
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Rear base bar position provides increased room for weight bench positioning within the cage
- Straight grip pull up bar suitable for pull ups and muscle ups
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish.
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)

- This product is delivered in 3 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
- Assembly instructions are included
- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
- During assembly pay special attention to the rear base bar which has two sets of holes. Ensure you follow the assembly diagrams to use the correct set of holes otherwise this will cause alignment issues. The spare holes are in place to accommodate optional weight storage poles.
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

Great rack for the priceAfter lots of research I eventually settled for that one. Assembly was straight forward and I am very happy with how sturdy the rack is - it is definitely worth the extra over their lower model. The pull up bar feels great and the j cups are very high quality. Mirafit is a great company with lots of quality products for reasonable prices, definitely recommend.

M200 Power RackI'm really pleased with this purchase. The delivery was only a few days and came in two packages. It took two of us about an hour to build it up, I recommend two people. The rack is really well built and very strong. I bought the landmine attachment, weight storage poles and the cable pulley system. It gets a lot of use and have had no issues with the quality of any of it, the spotter bars and J cups are very easy to take out and move about too. Nice one Mirafit another super product for the gym.

Excellent choice for a rack!This rack is an impressive bit of kit. Theres so many racks out there now, many overpriced and most look terrible, but by accident I came across this one. Not only does it look good, its rock solid and half the cost of equivalent racks. Loads of attachments, it's just a shame with covid some items are out of stock, but happy to wait. The J-cups are just the right size and solid (not like the thin silver ones you see with other racks). So impressed I replaced my old bench with the M3 bench !

M200 power cage, bar, bumpers and platesI have purchased these items over a few weeks as they came into stock. All have been installed in my new home gym. Built around a bullet proof M200 power cage which is bolted to the sub floor and installed on a thick plywood base with rubber horse stall matts. Supplemented with a very solid Olympic bar, very sexy colour splash bumpers and cast iron tri weights, with a pair of dumbbells and a plyometric box. Build and use quality are superb, customer service always first rate including the return of a pair of the longer dumbbells which were too long to be used easily. Every part of the kit is well made, pricing is very reasonable, delivery was between one and three days and I have no complaints. The weight storage poles which bolt onto the frame are brilliant as well. If I was ordering again I think I would be tempted by the 6 foot olympic bar, the 7 foot bar is fantastic but a little long for a smallish home gym. Top tip, get a small, cheap nylon brush for the bar knurl, it is quite disgusting the amount of skin that gets into the knurling and I could not believe the difference a few seconds of bruising made to how the knurling felt. Last envy point, we have had a few workmen into the house since Christmas (boiler service, new internet, installation of some new blinds, builder) all have experienced gym envy and made comments along lines of "blimey, great gym" and "I want something like that".
